The solution I found for this was to open Task Manager (Control+Shift+Esc) - end explorer.exe - run new task - enter explorer.exe. This works, but what also works(sometimes) is simply clicking on the task manager client a couple of times and all of a sudden clicking comes back to life.
Try unplugging the mouse and connect a secondary mouse to your computer. Right-click on any app or the desktop and check if the secondary mouse is working. If the mouse works, you may need to replace the device with a new one.
If you cannot right-click on the desktop on Windows 11/10, follow these suggestions:
1.Check the mouse.
2.Restart File Explorer.
3.Check Explorer addons.
4.Check File Explorer's default context menu setting in GPEDIT.
5.Enable context menu using Registry.
6.Disable Tablet mode.
7.Install Touchpad drivers.
8.Disable mouse manager software.
