Your iPhone is stuck on headphone mode because it thinks headphones are plugged into the headphone jack or Lightning port, even though they're not. This is usually caused by a problem with the headphone jack or Lightning port itself. 99% of the time it's a hardware problem, not a software problem.
Unplug your headphones first and make sure you have other speakers connected to your computer. Under the General tab, you will find a Device usage menu. Select Use this device to make sure that playback is enabled. Apply the settings and try testing the sound again.
Try your device on another computer or audio jack
