Here is a secret trick that will help you boost your score and consistency.
Start by going to Google and searching for an online metronome, I use flutetunes.com because you can set the beats per minute to anything you want. Then play it in the background during your gridshot run and every time the metronome plays you shoot.
A BPM of roughly 300 perfectly executed will give you a score right around 100k.
To optimize this trick and see the best results, make sure you keep your accuracy high, shooting for above 93%. Also, make sure to push yourself and try to go up roughly 5 BPM on the metronome every training session.
