Hey guys what's up its Laughing and today I'm going to be showing you the best way to use WhoIsAqua’s Thin Gauntlet Track task to improve your aim through tracking, which is the most efficient method.

Thin Gauntlet Track is a tracking task in the aim trainer Aimlab, it focuses on smoothly tracking pill shaped targets. From my experience, this is the best task for making your aim smoother and tracking more precise.

There will be 8 targets of varying widths and speeds but all will be the same height and I recommend aiming just below the top, at head height for optimal crosshair placement, You should also try to keep the crosshair towards “back side” of the target meaning when the pill is moving right you aim at the left side and when the target moves left you aim towards the right. This will help give as much time as possible for you to react to the change in direction of the targets and keeps your crosshair in an advantageous position.

You must be holding mouse 1, to shoot the entire time, which is great practice anyways for first person shooter tracking as you will be in gunfights shooting, which is why training tracking while clicking is ideal.

Whenever I train tracking I try to focus the most on two things, matching the speed of the target to stay on as much as possible, and being off of the target as little as possible. This sounds obvious but focusing on only these two things simplifies tracking immensely. The toughest part is the change in direction of the targets, so don’t get frustrated when it bumps you off for a fraction of a second, just flick back and match the speed again.
