now you can consistently apply tremor count, bursting removes just 1 count so if you get it's value and count high enough you can stagger anything early.
The new Rodya and Meursault consume extra tremor count when bursting so they could really use some support there, Ncorp Don with her passive applies extra count with near every hit and lcb Ishmael applies massive amounts of tremor and count on s2 at the cost of bullets.

I'm taking my time with the new update, didn't even have the chance to test the sanity change before it got reverted.
