Capcom Fighting Collection (Xbox One S) - "Vampire Savior - The Lord of Vampire" Morrigan Aensland playthrough (06/27/2022), with DS3 gallery walkthrough.

Well, here's my fourth and last one of each gameplay for both Morrigan and Darkstalkers series on this current collection. Up next is the third and last entries of the Darkstalkers trilogy; Vampire Savior, aka Darkstalkers 3 on PSX. (still planning for an PSX emulated gameplay sometimes on the near future, and still working on the arcade emulated one sometimes too for some low-res 60fps gameplay.) Once again, I'm finishing up my four game streaks with Morrigan Aensland for the last time today. (even though, I can still play as her again for each games she's features in, since there's a high replay values though.)

So then, I won't be doing another gameplay for this collection til around next week, so I'll be limiting to at least one or two gameplay each times a week or two, since I still have some other fighting games to play as well, like Street Fighter 30th Anniversary Collection for ones. Also, there's still tow more Darkstalkers games left in this game, but I'm saving them for maybe next week or later soon. The only things about them is that they're only in Japanese texts as there were no localization versions available until the PSP version of Darkstalkers, as "Darkstalkers Chronicles: The Dark Tower".

Now for this game, Vampire Savior, or alternately as said in the localization ver. on PSX, Darkstalkers 3, is the third and last of the Darkstalkers trilogy series. In this game, you'll battling across a total of seven stages, in circular clockwise patterns, while the final stage is at the center of it. Also, instead of winning a round per each matches, you'll be losing a life instead as a round and each life gauges remains the same each time a life is lost, however, each time anyone get hits, it'll gradually regenerate by a little amounts, depends on how much the flashing life meters after taking damages.

Like before in Night Warriors and the first Darkstalkers, ES and EX moves were still carries over to this next installment of the Darkstalkers trilogy, yet in addition to this game only, and its two separate adapted version, there's a new features called Dark Force, which can be used by pressing both Punch and Kick buttons at once, also cost maybe at least 1~3 special gauges to use. While activating Dark Force, and in this game only, each characters have a special personal ability, such as Morrigan can access her Astral Mirage move, which can create mirrored clone of herself and can perform the same moves as you use in a mirrored form, while Jon Talbain can creates an mirage image of himself can dealt multiple hits per each attacks he did on his opponents, useful for cornering your opponent in an actual chained combos. But beside of each personalities, using Dark Force can also stop your opponent's life gauge to create a healing meter after taking any hits, so take an advantages to it before the Dark Force gauge runs out and your opponent can still regenerate parts of its life back.

Instead of having a boss character at the end of the game, like Jedah as a final boss for some characters, some characters like Morrigan herself have Lilith as her final stage opponent, as this game sorta adapted the same character story features from Street Fighter Alpha 1&2.
