Capcom Fighting Collection (XBONE) | DS1 Morrigan Aensland Playthrough (06/24/2022) w/ Gallery
Capcom Fighting Collection (Xbox One S) - "Darkstalkers - The Night Warriors" Morrigan Aensland playthrough (06/24/2022), with game menu, CFC & DS1 gallery, and credits walkthroughs.
Since last weekends, We've managed to get this for Xbox One on the same day it's released, thanks to my sister who has been a big Capcom fan, mostly for Resident Evil series. (which each Resident Evil games I've played on PS4, even RE2 recently, were hers.) Even though, even as still being a huge SNK fan todays, sometimes I'm still a Capcom fan too, only for certain Street Fighter games and some classic Capcom games too, but mostly for Mega Man games since my childhood. (and they STILL haven't announces any of them lately... Hope they've didn't abandoned them, cause that's why I've gotten into Capcom in the first place...)
Now then, for this game, Capcom Fighting Collection, is exactly as its title said, an collection of Capcom's classic fighting games, from across; 1.) the long forgotten Darkstalkers trilogy series, from DS1, Night Warriors (DS2), &, DS3 as Vampire Savior for arcade port, including two updated version of DS3, but only in Japanese texts as there weren't any localized versions for those two. 2.) the robot mech fighting games, Cyberbots, which based on its first beat 'em up variation, Armored Warriors. (includes in Capcom Beat '
em Up Bundles) 3.) a puzzle based fighting game, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, an crossover based between Street Fighter and Darkstalkers. 4.) Super Gem Fighter: Mini Mix (aka Pocket Fighter for localization short name), an fighting based version of its previous puzzle game, SPF2T, with both Street Fighter and Darkstalkers chibi-styles adapted to an actual fighting based, including three new chibi-comers. 5.) Hyper Street Fighter II, an ultimate collaboration of all Street Fighter II series into one biggest fighting game, starting from the original SF2 to Super SF2 Turbo. (more details will be available at a later time once a playthrough is made soon...) and finally, 5.) Red Earth (aka Warzard in Japanese), an arcade exclusive fighting game with RPG element, such as levelling up each of your four playable characters and learned new moves based on your current lvl., has now finally made to console for the first time. (I've already did an emulated gameplay time ago, so I made consider of starting over for this version soon.) So that would be like a total of 10 fighting games in this collection, as for Hyper Street Fighter II, it has five different variation of Street Fighter II, so that's kinda quite a collection for fighting game fans.
So for the starting point of this collection, I'll be starting with Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors, the first of the Darkstalkers trilogy. And as before since the emulated gameplay of each Darkstalkers games I've did in the past, I'll be playing as Morrigan Aensland, the most popular fan-favorite character and now the main iconic mascot of the Darkstalkers series todays, even as represented in each Capcom's crossover games, like "Capcom vs. SNK" & "Marvel vs. Capcom", even "Tatsunoko vs. Capcom" exclusively for Wii, excluding SVC Chaos and Capcom Fighting Evolution, as Demitri, took over Morrigan's spot for those two games, even Project X Zone for the Nintendo 3DS. (not much a fan of that's Dracula wannabe...)
