...It does a bit more than winding up when you use it immediatly after hitstun. What the move normally does is moves Falcon back a bit, then rushes him forward faster than his normal Raptor Boost. I assume the game miscalculates the momentum of the raptor boost immediatly after getting hit, so he just flies forward much, much faster. As shown, this can be used as a great way to get away from an opponent, but it can be misused GREATLY. Have fun with this!
