Over the course of his time in the MCU, it’s become clear that Nick Fury is usually a couple of steps ahead of everyone else. It seems like he always knows what’s going on, but could he have known about the decimation before it took place? At the end of Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War, we saw him apparently page Carol Danvers. We know her standalone movie, Captain Marvel, comes out prior to Avengers: Endgame, but what has she been doing since her movie ended? Captain Marvel takes place in the 90s, but maybe she hasn’t been around because Nick Fury summoned her from the past to the present at the end of Infinity War. We’ll talk about how this might have happened and what Doctor Strange has to do with it all.
