This video is about how and why you can group your mining towers near each other for management. To allow for quick reassignments of trucks to transport ore. Trucks move from the mining area to the mining tower then to delivery zone. By making the mining towers centralised the ore can be delivered to a single "Ore drop off" and stop the need for double handing. The result is you have trucks assigned to deliver a specific resource, allowing you to balance demand and trucks needed.
