Carcer City. 1989. This tape was recovered (in badly damaged condition) by the CCPD after a report of the discovery of the body of a local reporter, Brian Johnson. It is believed that the reported and his camera man snuck into a crime scene of a recent string of murders known as "The Manhunt" Several other cameras and audio monitoring devices were found on scene, the CCPD believes the site was used for the production of a snuff film...

***It was a cold night in Carcer City... EVERYTHING was set up PERFECTLY. I'm glad that I got the Midnight Men to film this new masterpiece. All that was left was for some fools to walk onto the set..... LIGHTS.... CAMERA..... ACTION!***
