Card Based DnD Style Rogue-Lite | Dark Quest 3
4Choosing four heroes, you are to head on an adventure to vanquish the evil wizard (the DM watching over the board).
Dark Quest 3 does a great job at making the game feel like a traditional tabletop game of Dungeons and Dragons. It can be BRUTAL at times, with health being low and supplies being limited.
The upgrade system is EVERYTHING! Upgrading the right spells / actions at the right time will make the adventure easier. I did the barbarian and found I did amazing damage but he wasn't tanky enough to take the front line.
The RnG can be brutal at times, with traps / events knocking down your party as much as battles. The rerolls help to balance this but it can still be tough.
Overall, love the game and can't wait for another run or 3.
