CARRIED STAN'S LOAD TO COMPLETION Achievement Guide - High On Life
230G - Complete the game with Stan's product in your inventory.
To complete this achievement, you need to talk to Stan who is located at the circle intersection between the House and the Pawn Shop. Early in the game, check in with him and continue to talk to him until he gives you a gallon of alien cum.
You will then need to finish the entire story mode with Stan's Alien cum in your inventory. Considering the game doesn't have a way to drop, sell or recycle items in your inventory, basically by obtaining Stan's Load, you will complete the achievement.
