Honestly, i really have no idea what this Shader is this about. Is just Cyan Blue everywhere, although some textures don't appear as Cyan Blue. And no reflections of course, though i feel like this was either a test or just something randomly. And if your wondering. Yes this also happens on TVG Maps in SuperDrive,
and if your wondering. I did not make it to appear on Music Options, in fact. Somebody did this about 7 months ago on July 2019 and post it on Cars SuperDrive wiki comments, Though sadly the message with the file seems have been removed for unknown reasons. Though thankfully i did got it before it got removed.
However though, there are some bugs with this file when you replace it for music in Story Mode:
The music will still continue after you go into another Area, even on the Loading Screen. (though not really a bug i guess, besides the Loading Screen.)
The music list names don't appear on options sound, though it is easy to tell which music to pick.
If you press arrow up or down, then you won't beable to pick the any songs anymore. Unless you go back in the menu pause and then go back to Sounds Options.
The music will stop after it ended, which you will have to pick the music again to play it.
