The full title of this game is Cartoon Network Punch Time Explosion XL. Obviously sticking that in the video title would result in something incomprehensibly long, so we truncated it and left the full title in the thumbnail. Even getting that to look good was a pain.
This is a game that can best be described as something like the Subspace Emissary from Super Smash Bros Brawl; it's a side-scrolling beat 'em up game with party fighting as one of its main features. The gimmick with this game is that it's all Cartoon Network characters from approximately the late nineties to about 2010. Not everything is represented here, but enough is. Sadly they try and force Ben 10 down your throat, which Draco does not take kindly to.
George Lowe lends his voice to the game. And that's it. The storyline is that the cartoon worlds are being taken over by Seven Eleven or whatever from Ben 10 and it's up to the player to "free" the possessed characters so that they aid you in your quest. This segment covers Chowder's world.
