Sickles Everywhere.
Preferably, you have the axe or the cross, since Death is always above you. However, the Holy Water might be great if the second phase is more of a bother to you!
Using a shield is preferred, with the Poison Shield (Manticore Jupiter) not being a bad pick since it deals constant damage and keeps most sickles at bay. Due to his flying, it might be preferable to have the up-attack whip (Diana + Manticore) to allow for upwards attacks.
Otherwise, he's nothing too hard. The biggest problem is being stuck in an animation when he uses a big attack!
