Yoko is the best choice here. Her ice spell will hit twice if you position Yoko right and so, will deal about 200 damage every time you cast it. Besides, the spell doesn't require much MP to use, so you'll probably not run out of it anytime soon.

For the falling down part, use Alucard to hit his body and then change to Yoko again to finish him off with the ice spell.
