Ok. So Wizdaddy gave me the idea to use Mousse Cake instead of High Mind Ups since it gives an INT boost, which gave me a few other ideas for improving this IL. All the new strats lead to a combined 50 SECOND improvement on this stage. WOW. I can definitely say I am now done with this level. :P

I use a few new dive kick boosts to cut a few corners, hit an extra corner boost but miss an earlier one, have really really good boos fights and spawn luck (except for the ghosts in level 2), and skip over the clock tower instead of passing through it by using some really scary fireball boosts. A pretty solid Drac fight rounds out the level, though that could be improved a few seconds with better R.Boomerang spacing.

It is still not worth using Fool's Tablets here. There are certain situations in which it is absolutely faster to damage boost in this level, and I can't do that if I have 1 HP. The damage boost from fool's tablets is pretty minimal compared to the time lost from having to play so much safer.

I am now finally content with this and will not be returning to this level. Thanks, Wizdaddy!
