Crash execution starts at 1:05. This seems to be either an audio, video (sprite?) or game buffer overflow as if you use the Clock sub-weapon to pause enemy activity in the room while the Frozen Half enemy is doing their special attack, the game becomes very sluggish and eventually crashes (usually after the clock shows "3" or "2" on the screen, depending when you used the sub-item).
