Simple and easy way to cast and record Meta Quest 2 gameplay using SideQuest's SrcCpy and add audio using the built-in casting feature of the Quest 2 just for the audio and use OBS Studio to record both the SrcCpy window for the gameplay and Oculus.com/casting for the audio (Desktop audio in OBS Studio) and you can add an option to record your voice from your mic and then record everything in OBS Studio.

No Chromecast needed, not special hardware, just SideQuest and OBS Studio, which probably you already have if you are using it to record or stream VR on Twitch/YouTube or record gameplay for YouTube.
