What Ninja lacks in mobility he more than makes up for it in sheer power. He has the most damaging moves of the trio and will rip enemies a new one, maybe even several.
Ninja's standard combo ends quickly and the nunchuk finisher not only leaves him invincible but also hits pretty hard in front of him and a bit in his back. The semi-blaster is a VERY long volley of shots to the ground that hits almost the ceiling, it's by far the best one of the game.
Ninja's throws are nothing short of amazing too, his forward throw makes him chuck enemies in front of him which is good for some quick crowd control, the up throw (Giant's Swing) can be aimed at any direction and while the Ninja is making enemies world go round he can hit them as well as when he throws them, one of the best moves of the game. The down throw (Butt-Breaker) is one of Ninja's most painful moves, it hits only one target but leaves Ninja with plenty of invincibility time, so if you're fast or an enemy is close enough you can grab another and repeat the move.
Everything comes with a big price, though. Ninja is also by far the bulkiest character in the game and enemies will gladly use this to their advantage. It's much easier to get flanked and getting out of bad situations with the Ninja can be tough, so you have to be very attentive of your surroundings at all times.
His punch is too slow to interrupt any enemy so if you get hit and don't have a blaster primed you will eat the full combo, whether you want it or not.
Ninja doesn't have a quick way to move away from enemies flanking him without blaster, so you have to make good use of his throws and be extra careful, as one single mistake is what it takes to get you from full health to half health, especially in the final stages.
