This is a 4K60 (not AI) upscale of the original .mp4 640x360 video of Catalyst as uploaded by an anonymous ex-Next Level Games employee on their Vimeo account before it was quickly taken down. The prior upload was from a 288p upload by the user Refurs on Dailymotion after the fact.
