Every turn in the Safari Zone in Yellow, Tauros has a 42.19% chance to run, while having a 6.54% chance to be caught. Both of these double with a rock, while bait quarters running and halves catching. Due to Tauros getting the initiative to run, both of these suck. Ergo, the only option is to continually throw Safari Balls and pray.

For those interested, this Tauros had over 10 DVs in every stat but Speed, with Defence being perfect. Speed was screwed with 5, but for an in-game run, this is incredible!
