For anybody who's interested in custom Cadences (or other characters), the official NecroDancer FAQ has some info about creating custom characters, and even has a link to the pinned thread on the official forums, where people have posted some of their custom creations:

So I'd been working on my Cadence Hard Mode speedruns, and had managed to get a sub-20, and even a sub-17, but hadn't quite managed a sub-15...
Until this run, when fairly early on, I got a... cutlass? Yeah, definitely not the weapon I would've expected to be responsible for my first ever Hard Mode sub-15... =) But I guess all of my recent Nocturna Hard Mode Low Percent practice has kind of paid off... for Cadence. ^.^
