So i heard about this peculiar port back then when it started more or less, i didn't knew this was finished... for the most part. Cave Story for the Sega Genesis is a port/demake/downgrade of the original freeware for PC and it shows but that's not necessarily a bad thing no, to put so much into the limited hardware of the Sega Genesis and make it not explode, that's some dedication right here; this port is completed for the most part but some bosses, attacks and tiles act kinda janky i must say, this may be due to the hardware of sega and his "B L A S T - P R O C E S S I N G" because there's a few janky things (In this version at least) for one, the animations are choppy in some parts of the game, the XP Bar may freeze at times, water kinda drowns you more fast, bosses and enemies are slower and weak, Ballos final form has a weird hitbox, and maybe im forgetting some but whatever. This port is playable and decent, yet again im sed seeing a PC game running in inferior hardware, congrats
