I like the strange look of this game. I'm guessing it's inspired by Binding of Isaac. I like the cartoon fleshy stages and the weird disfigured monster enemies. I'm guessing this game is about fighting cavities. lol Also the bullet hell addition with some of the boss like enemies make this challenging! It's randomly generated too so I don't know if this just keeps going on forever or if there's other stages too.
