In this episode, we begin the debugging effort for constructing our NPC faction camp. I want to manage expectations right now, we'll not be completely building all upgrades. I eventually hit a wall where in order to expand you need to build certain other requirements, which are not clearly listed. We will at least build a small faction camp and take care of the NPCs basic needs.
