HSPDA is to be the next generation 3G, Deutche Telecom is upgrading the firmware for all it’s UMTS antennas to support 1,8mbit/s, 3,6mbit/s and later with HSDPA it is going to be 7,2mbit/s. Users in Germany can use any of HSDPA/UMTS/GPRS for 35€ per month and 1€ per day where the service is used with a 5GB monthly limit.
