This was done with a combination of my own ideas & advice I learned from guides.

For 0:08, hang next to the spike, jump straight up, & then jump forward. It works like there's a tiny bit of invisible ground under you that can be jumped off of but not stood on. It's not a wall jump.

For 0:48, I don't know if this works on keyboard but you do it by assigning "jump" to multiple buttons & either rolling your hand on those buttons or pressing your hand on all of them at once while you're walking. That way, you'll do all the jumps so quickly you'll maintain your momentum.

For 1:14, I did the same thing as 0:48 but with wall jumps.

For 2:50, I used neutral wall jumps to reach the platform without stamina. You do them by releasing the joystick as you hit the wall before you jump. You'll lose horizontal distance but gain height.

I think I did the same thing at 3:20 as 1:14 & 0:48 but I don't remember for sure.
