Could've made it harder, to be honest. I don't know how good it is but I'd say it's an interesting experiment with more precision based platforming in Celeste.

So after 9D I was experimenting a bit and made this, it might be "slightly" harder than the D-Sides (or rather, more precise). It uses a lot of tech, many pixel/frame perfect jumps, a lot of them with no "easy" setups (as far as I know), some multiple frame perfect jumps as well. Not as hard as I could make it and it ended up being longer than I thought it would be. Could probably make it harder and shorter, but I'm interested in seeing if this is something Celeste players would want to play.



A few things I've learned are that dust sprites are awkward for precise jumps because you can't see the hitboxes well, it's better to use spikes instead (unless you want it to be awkward). I also may have spammed some jumps a bit too much, but it was a learning experience. Probably going to take a bit of a break from Celeste now.

Celeste is an overall pretty great platformer, although I would have preferred if there was less cycle memorization because of all the different moving enemies, spikes, platforms etc... throughout the game. And some of the gimmicks were worse than others. Other than that, the controls are great, the graphics are great, the music is good, the gameplay varies from chapter to chapter, there's easier levels and there's harder ones, the difficulty scales well, and there's plenty of challenges to do, especially if you want to get 200 berries.
