A long time ago, there was a game by the name of Temporel, inc. for the now-obscure and defunct Videoway subscription service. The original long since lost to time due to the demise of the service, fans were able to take an old VHS recording of someone playing through it, remake the game from the ground up based on that, and release it as a homebrew cart under the name Dead Tomb. We are very late comers and comparatively small players in this story, not even having heard of any of this until seeing Dead Tomb in the selection of a homebrew games storefront website, but by purchasing streaming Dead Tomb and using whatever meager platform we have to get the word out, we at least hope we are doing... something. You know how we are about wanting preservation-based stories to have happy endings.
