Our current best run for a game that, as of when we ran this, did not yet exist on the SRC leaderboards due to its obscurity and difficulty to get running (the CD-i is not known for its robust emulation scene.) Possibly the inaugural World Record, because we are the first people we know of so far to ever have ran this game.
As stated, the biggest sources of time improvement involve more favorable RNG (getting all 20 sheep earlier would save some rooms one has to check at the end) and playing with a Roller Controller (which makes the cursor move MUCH faster.) The actual route we went through feels pretty solid at this time, at least with current knowledge/tech.
Played on actual hardware: a Magnavox CD-i 450/17 (with Digital Video Cartridge installed, if that makes any load-time-related differences? It probably does not, but full disclosure just in case.) Standard three-button CD-i controller. Fed through a RetroTINK 2x (non-Pro; older model) and captured with an Elgato Game Capture HD60 Pro in Windows 11 Pro.
