INGREDIENTS

500gr Cemolina
2 cups of suggar
5 cups of water
1 cup of olive oil
cinamon

Instructions:
Put the water,sugar and cinamon in a pot and bring to boil.

Put the olive oil in a pot and start to cook and high heat until itsget a nice dark color. Make sure you stir all the time non stop or it will burn. Its realy sensitive. Once you have the desired color add the syrup and mix until it thickens. WARNING: when adding the syrup to the cemolina it will boil up instantly like an inferno take care that you dont burn yourself. Once its nice and thick place it in a form, Let it sti for 3-4 min and then de form. spring some extra cinamon on top and enjoy. I recomend that you try it 10-15 later. When really hot its hard to cut out a piece and also it might feel heavy for your stomach.
