INGREDIENTS

Burgers:
300gr minced meat
2 burger buns
tomatoe
onion
cheese (cheddar)
ketchup
1 egg
1 slice of bacon

Blue cheese sauce:
100gr blue cheese
150ml milk
1 spoon full of corn starch
pepper

Instructions:
Main Dish: Start with the bacon and cook it to taste.. i preffer crispy. Give shape to the minced meat and add to the pan. Cook for a ferw min until done, depending on thickness. While cooking the burgers set the buns with a slice of tomatoe, some onion and ketchup. Just before the burger is ready add the cheese and let it melt in on top of the burger in the fryign pan. Once ready place it in the bun. Fry a runny egg adn add it on top, Season with salt & pepper, close the bun adn enjoy.

Blue Cheese Sauce: Warm up the mlik ( DO NOT BOIL) add the ceehse in small pieces to melt faster. Once melted add a soon full of corn starch in some cold milk in a glass and disoolve it in the warm milk. shimmer for a few minutes until its thicker. remove from the heat and let it sit for 1-3 min. Pour as much as u like on top of the burger nad enjoy. This sauce cna be laso used for Chips and other foods.
