Here my Cemu setup:

-Default setting on Cemu expect the GPU buffer cache accuracy is set to Low (Fast).
-I have a proper built Transferable Shader Cache (~9-10K)
-I'm using Cemu Hook with the GPUFence Skip Hack
-I'm using RivaTuner to cap FPS @30 -that's about it really. Other than that, it's all dependent upon my specs and I'm rocking a pretty beefy setup for emulation
