Cerebral Cascade is a mod for Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge that explores the plot point of Yuri being a time traveler from Nod, from the cut Command & Conquer 3: Incursion, but from the perspective of Red Alert 2 and its expansion Yuri's Revenge.
It aims to retell the events of the Red Alert 2 universe in a way unanticipated, with new theatres and new countries becoming playable. Such as the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Republic of China, and Antarctica becoming playable countries.
Each side has six subfactions, which vary in skillsets and unit composition. As the primary design philosophy is that every faction is viable. The mod is easy to get into, but hard to master.
The mod is relatively new on the scene, and its developers are asking for feedback and community support.
The mod is currently in Pre-Alpha Testing, so many things are potentially unfinished and or dysfunctional, but regardless of that, just about everything in the mod currently is properly programmed and useable.
