304Check out this VFX Breakdown for the Amazon original series "The Man in the High Castle." by the talented team at Zoic Studios!! The series was recently nominated for a 2016 Emmy Award for "Outstanding Special Visual Effects."
Zoic’s Culver City and New York teams, led by VFX Supervisor Jeff Baksinski, worked closely with director David Semel to create effects that would fully engulf viewers in a distorted 1960s America, as imagined if the Nazis and Japanese had won WWII. The team incorporated period-authentic architecture styles and technologies, handling extensive environments work, creating and affecting building and major establishing shots, replacing anachronistic cars, buildings and signs and amplifying key action sequences.
