Devil World review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Devil World for Famicom developed and published by Nintendo.

Only one Shigeru-Miyamoto-designed game has never been released in the Americas. This is that game. And when you see the crosses everywhere, and a dinosaur stuffing bibles into a skull-emblazoned box, and the Devil himself up there in his Speedo gettin' jiggy with it, you begin to understand why. Nintendo of America wasn't about to subject itself to the OH MY STARS THINK OF THE CHILDREN folk-devil-hunt that plagued Dungeons and Dragons, even if it meant we missed out on what was a pretty cool little early-8-bit game. It's like Pac-Man, but with more motion sickness!

This video review features video gameplay footage of Devil World for Famicom and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's TJ.
