La-Mulana review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of La-Mulana for Wii developed by Nigoro and published by EnjoyUp Games

Take Indiana Jones and put him in a very difficult Cave Story like game. That's kinda what La-Mulana is. Originally a 2005 PC release that mimicked the capabilities of the hardware of the MSX computer system. An addictive and difficult game in its own right, La-Mulana was remade with a fresh coat of paint and a slightly toned down difficulty for the Nintendo Wii in 2011. This port was released Stateside in 2012, and is also available for the PC for those of you not looking to dust off the Wii.

The professor is seeking his father, who was exploring the ancient ruins of La-Mulana. The ruins contain many treasures and secrets about the origin of mankind. While still difficult, this fresh update on an indie classic is well worth the 10 dollars on WiiWare.

This video review features video gameplay footage of La-Mulana for Wii and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Jonathan.
