29Mahjong Tales: Ancient Wisdom review. Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Mahjong Tales: Ancient Wisdom from Creat Studios and TikGames for Playstation 3.
Mahjong makes its way onto the PS3 and very little has changed. The main meat of the game comes in the story mode, where tales are told between games of Mahjong with storyboard illustrations and narration. There are also other modes, like a never ending mode called Infinity, and also Motion, where you have to use titles before a dragon destroys them. Mix in multiplayer and you have plenty of ways to play Mahjong. Only problem comes with the controls, as the analog stick is just not as comfortable or quick as a mouse. If you want Mahjong on a console, this is a quality way of getting a game you can play for free.
