So SNK might've been feeling a bit burnt about piracy. Happens to every publisher. But, rather than implementing ridiculous DRM schemes, they went the more SNK route... and made a massive crossover fighter. I guess it makes sense to them. Point is, it's a smattering of SNK's favorite characters from across every franchise, from Fatal Fury to Art of Fighting to King of Fighters to Metal Slug... and even one brand-new girl who calls back to the really obscure titles like Baseball Stars and Joy Joy Kid. And then they made the single-player mode make no sense whatsoever. But don't take my word for it!
