The Jungle Book review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of The Jungle Book from Virgin Games USA and Eurocom for Sega Genesis.

16 bit Disney games were some high quality games, and one of those was The Jungle Book, based off the 1967 Disney movie of the same name. You play as Mowgli, the young boy who was raised by wolves in the forest. You move around the world, collecting gems until you have the correct amount to complete the level. The gems are hidden, but you have a trusty radar system to help locate them. Mowgli has to fight numerous animals along his search including monkeys, snakes, scorpions, and more. He has a good arsenal of jungle weapons to do this with, including bananas, boomerangs, coconuts, and more. The game is exactly what you want from a Disney game. It provides the look and feel of the movie while being fun and interactive, adding another element to Mowgli's adventure.

This video review features video gameplay footage of The Jungle Book for Sega Genesis and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Ryan.
