Classic Game Room presents a CGR Undertow review of Zhu Zhu Pets for the Nintendo DS published by Activision.
Zhu Zhu Pets is a single-player pet simulation game for the Nintendo DS. It features the popular toy line, the Zhu Zhu Pets, in a Nintendogs-like game of 2D combing, brushing and feeding. Play with Mr. Squiggles, Num Nums, Patches and all your favorite Zhu Zhu Pets. Once your pets are take care of, you can take them through more than 30 levels of maze mayhem. Tubes, jumps and tunnels twist together like a pasta dish in these huge mazes, and it's your job to guide the Zhu Zhu Pets through them to collect coins and carrots. Some levels also feature hamster wheels, skateboards or even cars! Zhu Zhu Pets controls entirely with touch, as the Zhu Zhu Pets will follow the touch of the stylus in the mazes. It was released exclusively for the Nintendo DS.
