The Ultimate Doom is a first person shooter released as an expanded version of the original Doom in 1995. This game featured a new nine level episode, Thy Flesh Consumed, to accompany the first three, Knee-Deep in the Dead, The Shores of Hell, and Inferno. You play as a space marine who is assigned to what is supposed to be the most boring outpost in the whole company, but demons start coming through a teleportation gateway and all hell breaks loose, literally. This video game review is brought to you by Classic Game Room's Jen and features gameplay footage from the PC version of The Ultimate Doom, published and developed by id Software. Available on PC, Mac, Atari Jaguar, SNES, Playstation, 3DO, Sega Saturn, Game Boy Advance, and Xbox Live Arcade.
