Beyblade: Metal Masters review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Beyblade: Metal Masters from Hudson Soft and Konami for the Nintendo DS. Based on the anime series of the same name, Beyblade: Metal Masters is a strange game. It's sort of like a Pokémon game, only the characters battle with toys instead of electronic rodents. You move a top around the arena, the goal being to either destroy the opposing top or knock it out of the arena entirely. And honestly, it looks a lot more interesting than it actually is. Beyblade: Metal Masters is about as repetitive as it is bizarre.
