No, it's NOT Ghosts 'n Goblins. Yeah, it looks a heck of a lot like Ghosts 'n Goblins. It's made by the people (Capcom) who made Ghosts 'n Goblins. It dropped a year before the true sequel to Ghosts 'n Goblins, Ghouls 'n Ghosts. It lends itself to spamming the description field with the words "Ghosts 'n Goblins" because those terms are more likely to attract search traffic. But Black Tiger has a couple tricks up its sleeve. Like... whips. Maybe that's grabbed from Castlevania. So, Ghosts 'n Goblins meets Castlevania.
