CGRundertow DELTA BLADE for iPhone Video Game Review
Delta Blade review. Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow review of Delta Blade from Christopher Steenstrup for the iPhone. Like Xevious and 1941, Delta Blade is a vertical shooter. Only it has a chip on its shoulder. Touch one bullet, one missile, one enemy...game over. There are no extra lives, no second opportunities. You get one chance in Delta Blade. There are two arrows at the bottom of the screen. There's one on each side, and those control the ship. You can only move from side to side, and you fire automatically. It works great, and the simplicity of the controls lets you get right into the crossfire. The game keeps scrolling upward. You encounter bosses. We'd say it gets repetitive, but you die so quickly, it doesn't have time to get repetitive. This Mobile/Tablet video review features video gameplay footage of Delta Blade for the iPhone and audio commentary from Classic Game Room's Derek.
