It's, like, one louder than XII. Which is good, because XII soured lots of people on the whole King of Fighters concept. But it's back, baby, with the same bajillion years of backstory, the same awesome franchise characters, the same ridiculously overpowered bosses. It's SNK, what do you want? Featuring a new micro-achievement system and the triumphant return of Story Mode (even if you need a Neverending-Story-esque binge just to get caught up anymore), KOF the XIIIth rights itself on the path of JUSTICE and BUTTKICKING.
