I went over to my friends house in 1999 and he was playing Quake III and Half-Life. I was also playing Half-Life at the time and games on his computer looked so much better than mine! It was because he had a brand new 3dfx Voodoo 3 3000 video card. I was using software rendering on my PC. I talk about the Voodoo 3 and how it got me into PC hardware, and run some benchmarks of Quake II and Quake III. Let's PC game like it's 1999 :D

The PC I'm using:
Pentium III 650 mhz coppermine
320 Mb ram PC-100
3dfx Voodoo3 3500 16 MB AGP video card
10 GB hard drive
Sound blaster PCI 128 sound card
Windows XP SP3

The benchmarks I ran are Quake II Crusher and Quake III Arena Timedemo 1
