Redline, a FPS/Car combat game from 1999. I love this game. I was stoked to hear it was recently released on GoG.com, because I had problems getting it to play on any OS other than Windows 98.

I got Redline shortly after getting a new PC for my 13th birthday, an AMD K6-2 450 Mhz with 64 mb ram. Redline is one of the few games to support the 3DNow! extension on the K6-2, meaning Redline played very smoothly and I didn't need a 3D accelerator.

Redline is a sequel to the Atari Lynx game BattleWheels. A sequel to Redline was in development for the Sega Dreamcast called Redline Arena, but that was cancelled and part of that game became the game Motor Mayhem on PS2.

I didn't mention the multiplayer in my review because I never played it. I don't think you can play online anymore because Gamespy was shut down.
